Hello all, currently building my first PC, I have plugged everything in. And went to boot for first time, monitor goes to asrock screen and says press f2 for bios, but my keyboard is not responding to f2, the lights are working on keyboard.

PC specs:

Asrock z890 pro motherboard

Asrock rx9070xt

Intel 270k

32gb ddr5

Rm750e PSU

So far have tried,

Removing GPU and re installing

Using display port on both mobo and GPU

Jumping cmos (can't figure out how to remove cmos battery to reset)

Testing keyboard on different PC

Feeling really bummed after dropping so much money, can't even get the thing to start, any help is appreciated.
