Tension in tracking on mnk

I’m pretty good with managing tension in my fingers and wrist but when tracking my arm and even my shoulder tenses up a bit and I almost lock out sometimes and it’s hard to track someone doing a longer strafe. Has anyone dealt with this? How do you guys apply tension in your aim? I know some people say you shouldn’t use much tension at all but I feel that’s not the best idea. Edit: I’ve seen the viscose video and I’m too dumb to understand it.

How do I take less damage while pushing more confidently?

Been solo queuing early split and as soon as I hit plat it has been hell. I try make any sort of play and I get double swung and nuked or peak a tiny amount and just get ripped apart. I go and watch genburten solo queue and he’s diamond swinging while 3 ppl are looking at him and not even getting his shield getting cracked. Obviously I’m shit and not gen but how are these pros and streamers able to so confidently push into the worst scenarios and still not die. I’ve tried looking at the angles and positioning they play but I’m not understanding what they’re doing to take so little damage. What can I do to learn to maximize my damage output while minimizing damage taken. I just don’t understand at all. It goes way beyond just angles and playing cover and it’s something that’s never clicked.
