אפשר הסבר למה זאת ההזייה הזאת?
גם נופל לי על הד"מ בלי להציג את עצמו, גם מתנהג כאילו אני חייבת לו משהו ועוד בא בטענות, ואז בשביל לקנח - רוצה "להתייעץ" על משהו מיני.

Vet says he is completely fine health wise, but he is overstressed because of war and now he has to take meds which will help him, but they have one critical side effect - my cat will constantly be high.
I am not sure I want to take this route. He is 15 and I'm absolutely terrified of erasing who he is and forcing him into an infinite high. On one hand, he is overgrooming and he has patches on his body with no hair whatsoever, but on the other I'm scared of coming back home to an empty stare where a smart, adorable and loving soul used to be.
May I ask for your two pennies on this matter?

It started a few weeks ago, and I didn't pay much attention to him until a friend of mine pointed it out, and then I realised it is a new behaviour. I started to pay attention to it as much as I can, and he does it a lot, and he didn't used to do it up until a few weeks ago. I even noticed his breath is different than before.
I talked to my vet and said there's no reason for concern, despite his breath being weird, but I made an appointment either way.
Does anyone know what it might be? Could it be a problem in gums/teeth/mouth?
