Bakery hours
Just a quick question. How many hours do you get in your store for the morning baker? I used to have six hours 6am-12pm and a couple of months ago it was cut down to four hours 6am-10am. I've only ever done two days a week for twelve hours, but now I've got to do my twelve hours over three days. We also have hot food in my store too. It's basically impossible to get it all done in that time, and supposedly the cut in "time allowed" came from the area manager. I don't think it's right or fair. Has this cut happened everywhere?
