I have one province with the Cult of Uelos and want to convert to it/more to it, but I’m unsure how to go through with it. I typically play in the Serpentspine, but I’ve been enjoying the naval game thusfar. Tips?

Context implies telling another officer to come aboard a vessel, but it’s difficult to find a proper answer unfortunately. I seem to remember it from the Mauritius Command, but I can’t find a proper quote due to the other meaning of ‘repair.’ Thank you
