Contract Question

Since the contract still hasn't been signed, are there scheduled days when negotiations are going to happen or is it just random?

For the sake of my second question let's assume the proposed contract gets signed. Does the 7% for 2026 mean our pay will go up 7% retroactively for this period where we still hasn't had the new contract in place?

4-Days RTO?

Can someone fill me in on what the obsession is with forcing workers to be 4 days in the office? I'm currently only on a 2 days per week in office and this totally doubles that and I'm just so confused on what this push is all for when basically no one supports it

double letters

Hello, I have a had this Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH7H since December of 2024 and until probably a few months ago I have noticed that when I am typing quickly that I will have repeat letters even though I'm certain that I am not pressing the key twice.

I notice that while this happens it is mostly with the keys 'e' and 'r' especially whene using words like were and where and sometimes if I use a phrase like "where are you" I'll have the extra 'e' appear after a space and it will become "where are eyou" even though I know I didn't do A R E (space) E Y O U.

I've tried removing the E key cap and cleaning underneath but there wasnt really any debris and after placing the cap back on it still had the same issue of repeating the eletter (oh look again).

I have seen that other people with the same model or models that are in a close range generation wise have ethis issue (again btw). They didn't mention any definitive solution though so am I just out of luck and need a total keyboard replacement or has anyone discovered a solution on their own?
