This photo is just an example of one of the million times I’ve seen bikers being on the road when there is a designated bike lane created for them, we literally removed a lane for this bike lane… did you guys not want it either? I’m genuinely so confused why most of the time, I do not see it being used.

Hi everyone, my physio is unfortunately moving and I am in search of a new one. In a perfect world, they would do dry needling/IMS (intramuscular stimulation) AND manual therapy (I thoroughly enjoy getting my back cracked) but ultimately, I’m happy to have someone who is just absolutely skilled with a needle as I have a great chiro I can go to separately for a nice manip. TIA :)
I have struggled with motion sickness all my life, I can’t get on a train, bus, car, boat, etc without feeling like death. When I went to Japan last year, I found this medication that has been a LIFE SAVER and it was amazing. I took it essentially everyday for my trip for 2 weeks and I didnt feel sick ALL DAY.
My question is, does anyone know if there are any downsides or long term side effects from taking this regularly?
I stocked up before I left and used it while I was in Europe recently for 3 weeks and I noticed I started feeling light headed and just not fully present in my body and wondered if it was from taking this too often.
I understand this is very odd and specific but I figure there must be a cute vintage store somewhere in Rome where I can buy one of these? I just can’t seem to find any evidence of it on the internet.
