Zapier refund policy, monthly vs annual billing, non profit billing, auto renewal

I see this all the time regarding zapier subscriptions... Once you decide on an annual plan, that's it. You won't be able to cancel the policy AND it'll auto renew even if you leave the company, or, you forget about it, or you change credit cards for whatever reason.

The reasons are debatable as to why the company changed their pro rated refunds, but the negative reviews all revolve around the situations mentioned.

They've been phasing out their old pricing plans. Further, if you're a real estate agent, and you don't represent the company, don't count on much help. If you're on an actual contract the roles are different.

Unless you're spending $50k+ don't expect much help. In spite of the several thousand integrations, of your unlucky to find an action or trigger event that hasn't been addressed by the other company and not zapier you still won't get a refund.

Many many times the zap just won't work but that doesn't mean they're going to refund you.

Non profits, your need to submit and get approved your exempt status before you buy. They won't refund you the difference.

If you have similar experiences, comment here or if you have questions, happy to area what I can.

I worked there for a minute.

My (46m) wife (47f) doesn't feel comfortable during sex

Edit: Alternate account...

Background...We've been together just over 17 years, married 15 years. We have 3 kids and both work. I was heavier then then I am now, lost significant weight in the middle of our relationship, and since then I've put weight back on. This last year has been STRESSFUL. Lost my job last year, and have been pivoting to education in that timeframe since. My health is fine.

For several weeks I've been suspicious that she was avoiding me, and then when we had time I initiated sex but she made this comment that she was going to lay on her side, something that she hasn't done before and I found odd.

She eventually told me my weight gain made her uncomfortable.

The next day she said she's always been uncomfortable since we started dating.

I'm kinda numb right now. I talk to her and am my cordial self, I've been encouraging her (she's going through something at work), but I do not feel much toward her romantically right now. As I told her I still love her. I love our kids.

That night she cuddled up to me and told me she was afraid that I was going to find comfort in another woman to get an ego boost with all the ego hits I've experienced with the lack of a good paying job of which I was burned out and now this.

She tried to come onto me, but I told her I wasn't in the mood.

I feel stuck and know that I need to get back into shape for myself first, so starting small. I don't feel sorry for myself, but people have noticed. Sometime told me I looked sad earlier this week, to which I replied that I was tired.

I do feel fat as a result and it's changed how I think people see me and that sucks because I haven't cared much before. I think my heart is broken or fractured. I just expected more. I've always been the one who does and says dumb shit, but now the shoes on the other foot. I'm really pretty hurt. It feels weird to even admit this.

What I am looking for is people's perspective that have been through this and what helped. I've been in therapy having just stopped back in February. I've started writing a journal, something I've never had and that's helped.

How have you handled this? What was the outcome?

Second edit; I left out that she's had her own weight gain throughout our relationship and her own issues from terrible parents and all the unfortunate things that arise from that (anxiety being one).

Added the above as some people's comments have helped me process the why the hurt
