I paid off the program in full and passed every class. While applying for jobs and waiting for a background check to come back, it dawned on me that I never received the hard copy. With the price that I paid for this program, I feel cheated not having gotten what all of us have ultimately earned or are in the process of earning. Parchment shows my digital credential but doesn’t give me the option to order my diploma. They only give me the option to order my transcript. When reaching out to their support team, they only sent me back to Penn Foster’s site which prompts you to order a duplicate. When entering my information, they send an error message that won’t allow me to move forward. This isn’t right.
