What did you stop handling yourself as the business grew?

Been trying to get better about noticing the things I’m still involved in just because I’ve always done them.

Payroll is one of those for me. It doesn’t feel like a huge task until you add up all the little things around it and realize you’re still the person dealing with them every month.

I’ve been looking at ways to get more of that off my plate and came across Rollfi while comparing payroll options that handle more than just the software side.

Want to know what other business owners handed off first as they grew. Was there anything you kept doing yourself for way longer than you should have?
