I started taking Finasteride/Dutasteride for hair loss thinking it was safe, but ever since then my life has completely changed.

I’ve been dealing with:

• almost no libido
• erectile issues
• depression/anxiety
• constant fatigue
• emotional numbness / feeling empty
• brain fog and lack of motivation

Before this medication I felt normal, energetic, and emotionally connected. Now I barely recognize myself. It feels like something in my body and mind completely shut down.

I know some people will say it’s psychological, but these symptoms started after using the medication and never fully went away. I’m posting because I feel isolated and want to know if anyone else experienced the same thing and whether things improved over time.

If you recovered partially or fully, what helped you? Lifestyle changes, hormones, time, supplements, anything?

I honestly just want my old self back.
