Water Question!
My girlfriend and I have had a couple of different campers over the years that we have been together, however we have never drank out of the tap from the camper. We typically carry around a 5 gallon jug which gets a little annoying storing it while we’re trying to use the camper sometimes (smaller camper).
My house has a pretty bad ass water filtration system, so I was wondering if we would be fine to fill my freshwater tank from that and then just use a faucet filter in the camper? That way we can just drink from the tap and not need to bring extra water jugs.
*I do sanitize the water tank on the camper every spring
I’m not sure if this is a stupid question but from the googling I did it seems like people just install the same type of water filtration I have in my house under their RV sink but I don’t have any room for that really. My thinking is that the faucet filter will just catch any particles and stuff that might be left over in the water tank in the camper.
