How/ where can I safety test a rice cooker?
It has got visibly damaged in transit during a house move, the bottom has gone concave. It looks useable from the outside but I'm nervous there may be internal damage that would make it dangerous to turn on. It was expensive and my insurance for the journey has run out. Are there any places I can take it in to be checked, or any checks I can perform myself?
