Recommendation for snow tires/wheels shop in SLC area

Thanks all for your advice — ahead of the season (hopefully there are some deals?) looking to get winter tires and a set of dedicated winter wheels for going up and down LCC/BCC, wondering if you know of any shops in SLC area with especially good prices, packages, service, etc. They all seem the same but curious if there is a scheme that is particularly smart or a shop that is a step above the rest. Thanks again.

Oilers and oil pots, buy Swiss?

I know screwdrivers and tweezers fall under the “buy once, cry once” category, but is there an equivalent step up in quality from buying oilers and oil pots from Horotec or Burgeon? Or is this a toolset where economy brands are nearly indistinguishable? I don’t mind spending for quality, just kind of amazed at the gap in price here and wondering if it’s a place to save or spend. Thanks.
