Just got home from some of the worst organisation possible, waited for box office tickets for 8 and a half hours only to get to the front and be told it was sold out. this is after being counted multiple times by staff and the area barricaded and being reassured countless times by staff that all the same amount of people in previous days were given tickets.

The O2’s organisation was terrible, will never follow advice from others or staff again.

Can anybody help me, I bought an Ariana grande ticket through Ticketmaster request in February for her last show in London on 1st September. I’m unable to go and want to sell my ticket Section 420 Row R, I’m finding it difficult as Ticketmaster resale is selling less than how much I bought my actual ticket for but I just want to make my money back.

If possible I would love to swap my ticket even if it means paying the difference but am looking for another ticket for any show on the following dates
20th 23th 24th 27th 28th
