Is it just me or does shield fighter suck?

I litteraly play dwarf shield fighter and people are still just hitting thru my shield all the time, yes i know how to position the shield upwards etc.

If i am vs a impact power 5 weapon i get staggered before i can use my shield fighter perk attack

Goblin caves should be swapped with water map for gear entry.

You should be able to take epic gear into goblin caves and only grenen gear into water map.

No one likes the water map for pvp, purple gear isn't that sought after because no one wants to try to gear for pvp on the water map

How good is heavy swing actually?

If it makes the slow on hit 2x longer how are people still just running away?

Genuine question, i know someones gonna flame for asking. I just want to know if anyone has tested what ms you are after a hit and how long it lasts.

Does lyre/offhand bonuses apply all the time?

I saw the barb cdr video and it showed in the video lyre cdr, does that apply to stats even when it's not out, what does apply to stats when it's not equipped?

I found a great way to chill enjoy the game and practice longsword

Last night i drank some beers, got on a plate warlock build got 1 knowledge from my boots so i could use hydrain. Had shadow touch, vampirism never really had to worry about healing. Didn't really care if i died.

I went on the ice map and practice parrying everything and chill. Got some gold while i was doing it but mostly from huge chests and monsters, didn't really grab any chests besides the big ones because i just wanted to practice longsword. It was a chill time and i feel i got the hang of longsword parrying a bit.

10/10 would reccomend especially for newer players.

Huge qol improvements would make player retention better

We should have a target practice mode to test weapons patterns/damages.

We should have preset squire sets for different builds.

We should have preset buy x amount of bandages/ healing potions.

We should have market searches for specific, +1 +2 +3, different rolls so you don't have to search forever

Even a preset buy option where you buy the cheapest item of this gear with atleast x roll. ( buy the cheapest occultist robe with atleast +1 agi +vigor etc. and then it would take you to a screen to show everything your gonna buy and the price, so you're not getting scammed. Albion online has somethign exactly like this you can buy a preset build and get right into the action.

It would be huge for every single player, especially new, trying to get their feet wet in pvp or just even pve. The less time spent doing tedious gearing up the more time you would spend enjoying the game and learning, which would mean more people enjoy the game and less people quit.

Anyone willing to throw any other suggestions out?

Also i know i should make a post on the correct place but i am at work right now and don't know how to do that.

Barbariab action speed 2h

If you have 40% action speed, does that correlate to 40% more dps?

If you were running blue gear, action speed would be more prefferable over strength no? Assuming you wanted vigor or agility for the other stat

Every rogue i run into plays like such pansies

This last game there's two rogues, both sitting there spamming throwing knives and hand crossbow, every time i landed one crossbow shot as figher, they fully dip out.

This throwing knives pansy meta is very boring to play against.

Is it just me or is fighter insanely good?

I have been playing around trying to play all the classes and i really liked barbarian but when i play fighter i win so many fights and it just seems 200x easier to win than any other class.

On a side note, i wish more classes could wield halberds.
