shit is ridiculous and if you wanna talk about new player experience or things that probably get someone to speed run an uninstall, it's being walled in and merk'd by 1-2 spiders hardly the height of a dwarves stocky ankle.
Cowards will disagree because learning the deadliest jank hitbox is "skill" in this game and not just obtuse arcana held by the few thousand players who stuck it through SDF's "experiments" that nobody in the world ever needed to do.
The new quests we got the other day are just missing for me, I know for a fact I started doing the one for cockatrice, and did one for the squire, now they're all missing. Was this intentional or is it a bug on my side?
2 games in a row in solos got ran down by a cleric and then a lock in full plate (I'm 310 movespeed) with my hands out running in a straight line and then after I spectate the movespeed number in their stats says 270-280 with their hands out. Neither of them had a single agility roll on anything.
Is anyone else experiencing this kind of thing? Never used to happen to me until recently.
Haven't played in a while, figure I'd give PvE a go to get back into the swing of things as far as monsters and looting goes. I made enough gold to unlock Goblin Caves, decided to try my hand at Cyclops to see if I could still remember the fight, ended up first trying him. Then like vultures maybe 4 different players descended from the shadows on the loot. First the Cyclops, then the pile. I got a Mystic Gem so I went to try for that pile and there were 3 players just waiting at the door afk!
I get that there's literally no risk outside of monsters, but man, some of these PvE players are totally shameless.
Is spell predation worth it to run? Rn I'm using CoP, hellfire bolt and PoS. I don't know what to run as the last one because I don't really like flame walker or wtv it's called
Pretty much everyone I see in HR is running BIS, and I don't feel like running that constantly to compete. I did pretty decent in solo HR for SSF, but now every one just has lab crafted builds. I'm not really sure where to go. Squire Royal is fun, but my friends aren't playing is much, so now I'm stuck with randoms who are bad. Normals is too easy, and doesn't reward you much, HR is super ultra hardcore.
Rip, I hate the market.
Dear Warlocks who build agility and have phantomize: I really hope you pillow is warm on both sides. Holy shit I have never been so frustrated or annoyed. Chasing someone for 10 minutes long to gain nothing but anger. Curses me, runs away, flame walks, heals off mobs, when I get near, phantomizes, repeat and repeat. Oh my lord you dont wanna know how much I hate this class with a burning passion. Every single build of warlocks is just pure aids. Dark bolts, BOC removing 80% of healthbar, being able to wear plate, high pdr, high mdr. Its so annoying. Please Ironmace nerf this class into oblivion.
I'm shaking with joy because I spent SO much time and gold in the kit that I was using. He just came at me and lost.
Just wanted to share this hoping someone could share the feeling with me, I also got an achievement once I got back to the lobby, never looted one before.
Also , I was 1 hit away of dying to a player after I opened the red door to go lvl 2 dungeon.
Not always do I love this game, but I feel like I'll never get this high again.
Never let this game die.
Title. Hope they hotfix that asap.
With the addition of squire royals and the game starting to get players back I’m having faith in the game again.
And with this renewed care for the game comes concern and my hoping for its well-being. And I think high roller isn’t fun.
I played squire royal all night and had a blast. Finding gear, strategizing with your team and trying to survive is just amazing.
Felt a little froggy so geared up in full slotted legendarys and hopped into high roller solo.
Ran into a turbo geared sorc. I played a corner well and got the drop on him. I got one swing off with my longsword before he used a spell to push me back, another to boost him up in the air. Before I can react he hits me with a freeze bolt and a fire one to the face. I second wind as I’m at maybe 10% health and he just hits me with another spell and I’m dead. No counter play, no chance to react. Just w keyed and killed me in seconds. All that gemmed gear gone. And his inventory was full of other peoples fantastic gear as well so I was roughly the 3rd person he did it to.
Could I have been better? Sure absolutely. But the window that I had to react was incredibly small. And he really didn’t show skill expression. Just w key and hit me with 4 spells and deleted me.
Over all high roller just feels like a gimmick. Like the least skill and just a straight class/gear check. You build a kit that has some goofy gimmick, w keyed and two tap people. What sucks about this is why then get gear? Why care about anything above blue?
Unfortunately I don’t have a fix. But I want to hear other people’s opinion. Is high roller fine? If so then why is squire royal bringing people back? And if the turbo gear of high roller is a problem how can it be fixed to be more fun and skillful rather than just a stat check?
Dark Ritual Room was 3rd floor boss room, soooo how tf?
I don't want to play with randoms anymore when my friends aren't on, it's terrible. Most don't use VoiP or know what they're doing.
Please give me Solo Queue SR, thanks.
I remember during the playtests getting all my friends to play and thinking once the game got released, it was gonna explode and be as popular as arc raiders ended up becoming. The game is in a good spot currently, but I think about what could've been often.
Over 90% of my games (at least lately) have had dupe classes, even had a couple with us being all 3. Its like it's actively being prioritized. Is anyone else having that same experience?
