Because my girlfriend loves me, for my birthday this year, she got me a man shaped mannequin just for my King in Yellow effigy in my art room.
I set him up and have him applauding as he watches me paint, giving me the blessing of unlocking creative madness. Let the Work commence!

Wanted to share with you all my art studio setup. I am a painter and in my art room I have set up a 5'4" fetish of the King in Yellow.
He is the audience of my performance. He is the watcher and facilitator of my flow state, blessing my creative madness with abundance. He is the guardian of the space, facing the art workspace(last photo) but also fully visible of the doorway even when in the hallway(second photo). In the mirror by the doorway when you're standing just at the threshold, he is the only thing visible in the mirror, doubling his power.
He is made of a yellow blanket that I bought specifically for him and nothing else that I cut and tore on the bottom. His crown is a plastic costume crown(Hildred Castaigne anyone?). And he wears a bracelet of citrine as royal finery.
