Is the ASUS ROG Strix G13CH Desktop 4060 16GB a good deal?

Someone on Marketplace is selling an 'Open Box' ASUS ROG Strix G13CH Desktop, with Intel Core i5 14th Gen, RTX 4060 and 16GB DDR5 for 900CAD.

Is this a good deal in 2026 or should i simply wait for later this year around black Friday and Cyber Monday?

Best Price-to-Performance PC Build for Modern Racing Games?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend the best price-to-performance PC parts (mainly CPU, GPU, RAM, and motherboard) for running modern racing games such as Forza Horizon 6, The Crew Motorfest, Gran Turismo 7, and Assetto Corsa Competizione?

I only plan to use the PC occasionally with my sim racing wheel setup, mainly for racing games and nothing else. I’m looking for a build that offers the best balance between performance and cost — something powerful enough to run these games at high settings (or higher if possible) without being either overkill or underpowered.

Budget is around 800CAD
