Hi all, I’m currently studying for my SHRM-CP to take the test in January and I’m using the SHRM certification prep system. I am just a bit confused about the style of questions at the end of each module. I see everyone say the situational judgement questions are the hardest part and most of the exam, but I don’t think this system is giving me any.

Here’s an example of how the questions are:

Which is considered a best practice for sustaining engagement efforts over time? (And then gives multiple choice options to pick from).

Are questions like this on the exam too? Just a bit nervous I spent so much money on this system and it doesn’t seem to be giving me the situational questions at all. I’m planning on using pocket prep too but not until I get closer to the exam date.

I am trying to switch out of SAVE because Ed financial emailed me my 90 day notice to switch. The loan calculator on studentaid.gov said I would be paying $275 for 10 years with a payoff date of September 2035 under standard. I was chatting with Ed financial to try to change plans, and they gave me an estimate of $295.58 with a payoff date of 3/18/2038. I thought the standard repayment was 10 years?

My balance on student aid is $25,545 and Ed financial has $25,619.10 which is only a $74 difference so I don’t understand how that means paying for 3 more years and like 3k more. The lady tried saying it was because I was in save forbearance and had interest, but I started paying in August once the interest started, so my balance has not skyrocketed.

Am I not understanding something? I just feel like they’re trying to screw me to pay more and longer. I thought i could pay for 10 years and be done. They did escalate it to review the payment estimate and will let me know within 7 business days, but i doubt it’ll go in my favor.

Is it crazy to wear sandals with a block heel to the concert? I think it’s about 2 inches. I am short but only could get floor tickets so I want to give myself a chance at seeing. I jumped up and down in them and can hold my balance, so I don’t think I’ll break my ankle lol

What do you guys think the chances of haircut and orbiter being on the set list are? Also hoping for a few of your own but I feel like that’s pretty unlikely
