Spiro, Estradiol, and Prog Detectable in a DOD drug test?

As what the title says. Look I have no problem going stealth and living as a male. I want to end up being a tomboy. Currently in college rotc. Just wondering whenever we get drug tested and I happen to be on these 3 will it go off? I want to try HRT.

Any advice on clearing Mannerheim Line? (Nightmare)
