I am thankful to have got this kit on clearance or I'd have taken it back.
Been doing NSDR consistently for a few years and lately I want to branch out. Tea ceremonies, walking meditation, anything in that space. Wondering if there are already groups doing this or if enough people are interested in starting something.

Hi everyone. This is a little PSA. Monday night between 11pm and 6am someone entered my gate into my backyard, and then entered my garage. Emptied a dufflebag on the ground (black and white striped DSW bag with tan bottom) and filled it with all my Milwaukee electric tools and batteries. A 3/8 impact, a dremel, all my batteries and chargers.
Not looking for sympathy, just warning folks we have someone ballsy enough to enter your home while you sleep...
