Is this a Federate Reavers Bug - Federate Soldier RotL?
Hey y'all so I was playing some Federate Reavers and I wanted to try out using Prosperity Dragons (PD) as Federate Levies (FL) so they could inflict the Engaged by Levies debuff from half a screen away, but then i noticed one of my PD (Both of which were recruited from Rally of the Lieges [RotL]) were not a FL but instead were Federate Soldiers (FS)?
I was just really confused and thought that maybe I got one of the dragons as a reward or something but then I reloaded and that wasn't the case so I started checking the RotL menu and checking the units and then I noticed some just said FS instead of FL and now I'm really confused I thought all units recruited from the RotL would be FL right?
Additional Context - Yes, I have the tome of prosperity, but no I don't even have the Summon Prosperity Dragon Spell unlocked so, i couldn't have summoned the one in my current stack either.
But also that doesn't begin explain the two Swamp Trolls who are FL and FS.
This is a bug... right?

I think i figured out what caused this...
The units that are federate soldier in the RotL are from Vassals that I later absorbed as cities, and even though they are still giving me rally points and additional units to the RotL Screen, I think the game now views them as my own units somehow and now they are federate soldiers... I dunno if that's intentional but that is definitely a bummer,
