Finished this Predadoor up today, nothing too crazy this time around. Each photoeye bracket had to be customized due to the bollards on the inside and the fire door on the exterior. Pull cords ran and landed. Lots of drilling, junction boxes, and flex but we Still made it work and it came out pretty clean.

On paper sounded simple, tear out the old banged out 19’ hollow shaft and replace it with a new split solid shaft, coupler, and install a new Maxum operator. Casino was running full bar service while we were working, everything off ladders 3’ from the spring line 😭 One of those Fridays for sure, but everything came out nice, enjoy and hope y’all have a great weekend !!

Tear out of 3 old mechanical docks and install of 3 new DLM Airbag levelers. Really not a whole lot to them, just lots of cutting and welding. Nice change of pace every once in awhile, any of you techs get down on docks ?

This one kicked our ass. There was no backing behind anything we cut, ended up having to weld on our own clips and angle to be able to kaylon the guides into. Kingspan on the other side was weak as hell, photoeyes needed extra backing, and had to run all the electrical through the wall to the controller lol Came out slick though, enjoy and hope yall have a Good Friday tomorrow !!!
