Looking for musician artist or mariachi for a proposal on July first week at halibut state park please any info?

Hello friends I’m planning on propose to my partner on our upcoming trip to Gloucester. I thought halibut would be a great spot. I also thought about the castles that are around but they might be a little crowded and I don’t know if they allow something like that.
Anyway I wanted to know if there are any mariachis or group bands in the area I can contact for that day. Also someone who be willing to decorate a little bit would be great! Thank you all
