Hello everyone,

Looking for apartment, condo or townhouse for rent in mid to late October.

Price range around 2800

2 bedroom is only necessity

Newer credit history, thought that was important to mention

I work full time and am a student at Cal State and the other applicant works full time and has extensive stable employment history with good income.

Been looking and have feelers at all the go to sites, however thought I'd give this a shot in hopes it reaches the right person.
