i literally go to college js to mark attendance 😭 sit there, try to understand whatever the professor is yapping about, understand absolutely nothing and then come back wondering what i even did with my entire day like bro wtf am i even doing in delhi 😭 i came here thinking i would make friends, learn some useful shi, get internships, explore, actually build a life… and somehow my routine is js college room phone sleep and repeat. my friend circle is gone, delhi feels depressing AS FUCK and im js collecting attendance for a degree that's apparently gonna help me BECOME nothing??

had my presentation today and somehow survived my entire part without embarrassing myself. the SECOND i finished, i was about to go, my foot got stuck in the projector wire and i tripped 🥀 and obviously the projector disconnected too 😍 and then at the end EVERYONE clapped 😭😭 idk if they were clapping for my presentation or celebrating the fact that i finally fell (bakiyo ke time no one clapped bhai🤣)

if u are thinking of staying in homestayz living, please don't. i genuinely wish someone had warned me before i wasted my money here in my first year. on my literal 1st day they gave me a room whose door DIDN'T EVEN LOCK and the same night because of baarish my entire room got flooded with water. that was my 1st night there. after so many complaints they finally shifted me to another room. thought it would get better? nope. the bathroom floor was literally falling apart piece by piece. bricks from above fell TWICE and one day the ENTIRE exhaust fan in my washroom js fell down. imagine if someone was standing under it. i complained and they were like "hum kuch nahi kar sakte" ??? what do u mean u can't do anything

every single complaint was met with "kuch nahi hota" or js straight up ignored calls and this wasn't js my room. almost EVERY room had some issue. leakage, broken bathrooms, maintenance issues, safety hazards... everyone had smth but the second rent was due suddenly everyone remembered their job. they will ignore ur complaints for weeks but they'll call, text and come to ur room asking for rent. they mentally drained us so much that we literally had to protest and refuse to pay until our issues were fixed and guess what? they still did almost nothing. instead they kept bothering us during our EXAMS asking where the rent was.

the warden is sits in the mess loudly judging girls and literally slut shaming them. so many people complained about her but management never removed her because i guess she's useful when it comes to convincing new students to stay here.

the food? horrible. i skipped meals almost every single day because i genuinely couldn't eat it. the hygiene was disgusting too. cockroaches in the mess were a normal thing at this point.

and don't get fooled during the room visit. they only keep the pg looking nice when new students are coming. once you've paid and moved in, suddenly nobody cares. also don't even expect ur security deposit back easily. from what i've seen, the safest option is adjusting it in ur last month's rent because otherwise getting ur own money back is another headache. this place is genuinely unsafe. flooded rooms, falling bricks, an exhaust fan literally crashing down, horrible hygiene, management that doesn't care unless it's about rent.

save your money. save your mental peace. there are way better pgs in satya than this.

shifted to a pg on the 4th floor and my room is directly below the terrace. the window stays closed and im sweating even under the fan at night. does this get better after monsoon or is this just how top floor rooms are? i can use the ac but im worried about electricity bills. also do window acs actually consume significantly more electricity than split acs? would appreciate any advice from people who've lived on the top floor😭💔

im shifting to a new pg completely alone 😭 my room is on the 4th floor and i have 2 suitcases, 4 bags, 2 college bags and a tote bag. one suitcase is literally filled with books and i don't know anyone in delhi, all my friends have gone home and i genuinely have no one to help me carry all this upstairs. what the hell do i even do in this situation? 😭🙏

one of my worst nightmares came true 😭 while they were allocating computer seats, my fingerprint just would NOT get detected. i tried every finger from both hands, washed my hands twice like they told me to and it still kept failing 💀 they literally said "aapka sabse last me karenge" then at the absolute last minute they took me to another scanner beside it and it worked in the first attempt 😭🙏 meri aatma tab jaake wapas aayi
