I always get dman draft picks like this in the 2nd round but they always stall at a 80-82 For me im wondering if anyone knows any good ways to develop him into a star wjthout him becoming a bust cause it happens everytime

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this a 7th round pick who’s 79 overall and his team just doesn’t sign him so I picked him up it’s just shocking to me.
