Interview day
I arrived 30 min before the slot and guard allowed me to join the queue. He then asked for me preferred language, I said English

VO : hey gm
Me : gm officer

VO : you work at xx?
Me : yeah, for a year now

Vo : okay cool
Vo : do you have a LOI

Me : yes, here it is
Vo scan it in a minute

Vo: okay approved, place your fingers here
