purple spot on tongue

noticed my tongue looked slightly blue/purple-ish and then saw this purple spot on the side of my tongue. i may have bitten it while i was sleeping and i'm terrified of lung/heart issues but i dont have any symptoms of anything that would lead to cyanosis. can the rest of my tongue have this slight tint because of the bruise? also sorry for the disgusting pic lmao

hello!! i just started fluvoxamine and i was wondering what kind of pain meds i can take (paracetamol, ibuprofen etc.) i did search it up on the internet but the results seem really vague.

i trust my doctor but i'm insanely anxious about anything heart related. been having shortness of breath/chest pain for abt a year which i know isnt cardiac related but it sends me into spirals sometimes. someone pls reassure me this looks okay 😭?l
