Hello! Does anyone know an English editor with at least a Master’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field? (School’s Requirements for Outside Help)

We’re looking for someone who can edit our 100+ page thesis paper. Our school’s official editors are a bit beyond our budget (₱50/page), so we’re hoping to find a more affordable option instead. We’re willing to pay around ₱15–₱30 per page.

The editor’s CV will also need to be submitted for school approval.

i failed two subtests pero i qualified for second screening. my friends say that i passed thru exemption. question is, will that lower my chances for passing the second screening?
