I got diagnosed with IBS-D a couple years ago aswell as a sucrose deficiency, i’m starting college and now that i try to be responsible with food and sugar i take with my medicine, im wondering how I can avoid being super sick and not stay in the bathroom for too long. I have to share with 2 other girls I haven’t come out abt my IBS to. Last time I drank I got super sick and was throwing up in paris streets and in the bathroom for a couple of hours.

Any partiers have special drinking IBS tips? Or similar thoughts
