[WTB] white or yellow vintage sapphire ring size 4.5, 4.75 or 5

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post something like this so let me know if I'm not.

But I'm looking to buy a vintage style sapphire white or yellow gold ring in either a size 4.5, 4.75 or 5. I'm hoping to spend around $600.

I like split shank rings, bypass rings or any vintage style.

Also if you know any other reputable sites to buy rings let me know.

Then you so much for any help!

Help with social gatherings

This year I decided I really wanted to work on my social anxiety because it's been affecting almost every part of my life. I'm 31 & hate being so anxious & uncomfortable around people. It's so bad that I struggle with things like getting haircuts, ordering food, making eye contact & even just being out in public. I'm also shy around people i know & I'm really bad at making small talk & holding a conversation as well. I also care way too much about what others think of me & I'm scared others will make fun of me or judge me.

Because of my anxiety I don't have a job. I'm incredibly lucky that my husband has a job that allows me to stay home but it also means I'm very socially isolated. I know that if I want things to get better I need to start putting myself in situations where I have to interact with people. My psychiatrist put me on 25mg of buspirone twice a day which helps a bit.

One thing I've done this year is start going to a workout/dance class once a week. It was really really intimidating at first because I'm super uncoordinated but I've actually found it to be a lot of fun even though I'm horrible at it. It helps that the instructors & everyone in the class are so kind & accepting which has made it feel like a safe place to push myself.

Anyways one of the instructors is hosting an after-class pool party & invited the class. A small part of me wants to go because I know it would be another step outside my comfort zone but a huge part of me really doesn't want to because I'm scared of being awkward. I really struggle with caring too much about what others think of me. I'm worried I'll just stand there quietly, not know how to make small talk & spend the whole time overthinking everything I say or do.

For anyone who's dealt with severe social anxiety how do you handle situations like this? Like how do people make small talk? It doesn't come natural to me & i have no idea what to say to people. Also eye contact is really hard for me so if anyone has advice on that too.

I'd really appreciate any advice or encouragement thank you so much!
