Highlighting the case study

To people who took the exam- does highlight stay on case study when next question comes up?

I heard cases where case study queries come at the starting and after the break (after 10 question) same case study pops up with question and at that time can i see my highlights when doing exam?

PMP Study Hall practice questions answers are wrong?

Question: Due to market changes, a company decided to speed up its product release schedule, moving from yearly cycles to quarterly cycles. The project manager views this as an excellent opportunity to use an agile life cycle, but upper management is not sold on the idea.

What should the project manager do to increase the chances of success by using this approach?

  1. A.Seek the project sponsor's approval for additional budget and resources.
  2. B.Review the product backlog to identify some quick wins to present to stakeholders.
  3. C.Invite upper management to attend a digital transformation workshop.
  4. D.Have the project team work virtually and use the cost savings to speed up delivery.

What would you chooses?

Well Answer is B as per the PMI Study Hall. I pasted this and ask PMP Infinity and it says answer is C (which i initially choose).

Study Hall explanation is : Solution: B. Review the product backlog to identify some quick wins.

Reviewing the product backlog to identify some quick wins is the best choice as ensuring early benefit realization is one of the major benefits of an agile approach and a great way to address stakeholder concerns. Quick wins are the best way to sell agile as the methodology to use. Effective change management uses a motivational strategy rather than a forceful on Project team members and project managers can work with relevant stakeholders to address resistance fatigue and change absorption to increase the probability that change will be adopted or assimilated successfully. This includes communicating the vision and goals associated with the change early in the project to achieve buy-in for the change. The benefits of the change and the impact on work processes should be communicated to all levels of the organization throughout the project. Other options are not going to get the buy-in from the upper management.

All other options are incorrect.

Going to the sponsor too early can be seen as poor resource planning and may undermine confidence in the team’s ability to manage within approved parameters.

Involving upper management in such activities without a clear link to solving the immediate problem can be seen as a distraction from the primary project objectives.

Moving to virtual work may not actually result in cost savings, especially in the short term, and can introduce other risks (communication gaps, lower cohesion, tech constraints).

My thought is project was in traditional cycle and then when turning it to quarterly cycleas- PM got the idea of agile life cycle so, I assume there is no product backlog to start from. How can you have product backlog before implementing agile ? Also why question is saying cycles and then they Upper management is not buying into Agile if you mention cycle - isn't is agile anyways. This is confusing.

Which phone to use, iPhone or Android? I have two phones:

Which phone to use, iPhone or Android? I have two phones:

  1. Samsung S25 Ultra

  2. iPhone 13 Pro Max

I have a trip coming up in China in September for 17 days. I tried the WeChat app on Samsung and while using some mini apps, when reading reviews and stuff like that, I can just translate as I go by pressing the end of the screen or activating Gemini in it. Apple doesn't have this kind of translation on the go but Apple has good Google apps, Apple Maps, which I can use and which are reliable.

I have a VPN subscription of Surf Shark. Let me know if you guys tried this before but I think it should work in China.

Also which phone should I use primarily where I can insert the Chinese physical SIM card and how much does it cost? Where to buy it? Is it easy to buy it from the airport or should I go out and buy it from a store? For 17 days I am thinking maybe 50 GB or something like that would be OK. What are your thoughts on which phone to use, which SIM card to buy, and where to buy?

Also I carry both the phones in my daily life and it wouldn't be an issue while traveling. Let me know. What are your thoughts?
