Urgent continuity of care needed ASAP in PA

If anyone can recommend, besides Talkiatry, please help. Day 3 no Klonopin 4 mg day, no Zenzedi in more days than that or adderall. Executive function is gone, and I'm terrified of a seizure. Hospital (2) dismissed me. Have a history of seizures and am on disability due to anxiety, panic, PTSD, and agoraphobia when not on medication. Was discharged from practice because of wanting to try Zenzedi, but I wanted brand, not generic (Windor), which I never received. I got a 7 day trial written by practice and they cut my Klonopin all at once and put me on 10 mg 2x per day. Please help if possible.

After asking for a seven-day trial of zenzedi, which I learned about on Reddit, the psych NP was not familiar with the drug and I've been with the practice for over a year and I told her that the Zenzedi was stronger than Adderall so she could write for 20 twice a day and it could be adjusted up or down as needed and I got that from a physician's website but she cut my Valium to one 10 mg twice a day from 4 mg four times a day which is a profound cut and medication. They stopped the Klonopin cold turkey this was on a Thursday the owner also a psychiatric nprn whatever she was called me on a Monday the following Monday and said that I would be seeing her for a while because the other NP or RN did not have the experience for this kind of medication so I saw her three times she had already called in, the first RN wrote 7 days of the zenzedi instead of four I mean instead of 14 and she gave me Valium that I told her should be at the minimum of 40 to 80 mg for the 4 mg of Klonopin instead that the directions red they were 10 mg pills take one twice a day but she actually wrote perfectly 40 mg for 7 days but that wasn't the instructions on the bottle so I started a withdrawal a few days after that and to make a long story short they did another seven day round and I kept telling them I was in withdrawal because of the Valium being too low and they did another 7 days and then I was discharged I was also giving sent three different discharge letters with three different dates July 30th was the last one I got was the date of the discharge 8/10 was the first one I got and I don't remember the third one right now. I'm on disability for extreme GAC, panic, PTSD, agoraphobia, the latter particularly if I am not on my Adderall or Zenzedi, and because the strengths of everything were off I can't even tell you if it did any good and I wanted to try the brand that was the whole point you can buy the brand for less than you can the generic if you go to their website and you call the phone number you can get a 30-day supply if you have insurance for $20 or $25 the name brand for Adderall XR now is Takeda. I gave that 3 months and I can say now that it probably did help with executive function at the time I just wasn't sure but I wasn't doing the things that I enjoyed and my face wasn't in my phone or my tablet working on my business and that alone my husband asked me what was going on what was wrong I'm on day 3 without medication and there was another transition going on which was tapering me off of Lexapro and introducing Wellbutrin so she tapered me from 20 to 15 to 10:00 introduced 150 mg of Wellbutrin which I feel like you should have been sooner and now I'm just sitting here in between I'm on what I consider to be a non therapeutic dose of Wellbutrin 150 mg and 10 mg of Lexapro so I don't even know if either one is doing any good or not but I am a severe risk of seizure I have a history of seizures one I had when I abruptly stopped Xanax on my own before I knew Caesar was a risk and one that just came once in the evening out of the blue I got up and went to the lady's room my husband heard me hit the floor and I had no idea I was watching TV and the next thing I know I was watching TV and he said do you know what just happened I said what what are you talking about and he said you just had a horrible seizure in the bathroom floor and I was not even taking prescriptions then I have childhood trauma of being hit in the head with a rock and twice in full swing a baseball bat because I was standing too close to my brother I was just a little girl.

Exactly what the title says I've lost access to care because I requested a 7-Day trial of Zenzedi, which they gave me but they did not like at all and when they did that they stuffed my 4 mg of clonazepam just completely stopped it and gave me 10 mg twice a day of Valium and without the I can't even find my words without the stimulant my executive function is not working at all to try and deal and cope with this current situation. I don't know how to post or where to post that maybe someone that can help me with see my message. I'm crying I've been to two yards and they turn me away and I just don't know what to do.
