Is my 9800x3d dead? (Steel Legend B850)
CPU and Motherboard (ASRock Steel Legend WiFi B850) both purchased Jan 2025 and system has been running great until my AIO water pump started making noises and my temps went up like 5° on average. Rebuilt the PC into a new case with a new AIO cooler 2 weeks ago and also updated the bios at that time to the latest version.
Fast forward 2 weeks later and I walked into my office to see that my PC was turned off (I never turn it off and it's on a UPS in case of power outages). Tried turning it back on and all I get is a solid red LED light near the corner of the motherboard.
I've powered it off at the PSU for a hours. Change to 1 stick of RAM, reset bios via pins and by yanking the battery out. Still just a solid red light. I've left it powered on thinking it was a RAM sync thing but after 2 hours nothing changed.
