7.5mo sleep

NOT boasting or complaining — just curious what you all think about my baby’s sleep!

We struggled HARD with sleep until I hired a sleep consultant around 3.5 months. Turns out, I was the one who needed the training, not my baby lol He adapted really well to sleep training and independent sleep, but we definitely didn’t get here overnight.

As you can see from the screenshots, my little guy seems to function really well with a lot of sleep. I’m wondering if he’s on the higher end of sleep needs compared to most 7.5-month-olds? His weekly average is around 15 hours a day.

We’re currently transitioning to 2 naps, and honestly, he can totally handle it. I’ve just been holding onto a little contact catnap at the end of the day — mostly for me, because I know these baby snuggles won’t last forever. (just a FTM crying over here lol)

Also worth mentioning: he only started sleeping through the night about two weeks ago, so it definitely hasn’t always looked like this!

Wake windows?

What are the recommended WW for a 7mo? My LO is a week from 7mo and his wake windows are about 2-2.5hrs but he can handle a 3hr WW before bed when necessary. He usually takes three naps a day, however, he’s successfully had multiple days where he only took 2 naps. On a normal 3 nap day, the first two naps are anywhere between 1hr15min-1hr45min and the last one is 20-35min to get him to bedtime. Should we start stretching the WW thus transition to 2 nap days? I have zero complaints about sleep! Just trying to see what other babies are doing and what’s recommended.
