Can anyone help me with filing out my Income Tax ITR return

Actually, 21k tax was deducted from my salary, and I later found out I was under the old regime. After that, from next month, I changed to the new regime.

Now I want to claim that the deducted 21k Amount by filing the ITR return.

Can anyone who has Knowledge please guide me on how to fill out the ITR?
