I've been playing for a while and I see mentions to spoiler hulls and weapons but I've only found one spoiler ship, can't seem to find anything else.

What do I need to do in general terms, spoiling as little as possible? Open comms with random people from the inner planets? Talk with everyone on all bars? Go explore distant systems?
