Just subbed my first ever class

1st one down! Finished my YTT cert last month and was asked to help sub this month. Was pretty nervous but it went okay - blanked a few times even after trying to memorize and referred to my notes way too much. Any advice for early stage teachers on what worked for you more experienced teachers with how you memorized sequences? My studio is mostly all spoken cues with very little physical demonstration. It’s a LOT to remember.

Ring captured a fainting spell

Started a new medication this week to help with anxiety and depression and I learned the hard way that apparently it can also lower your blood pressure. Got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and fainted on the toilet. Knocked my head on the door frame and came to face down on the tile floor. Realized hours later my Oura ring may have captured it and I was right. Bizarre.

Doc said to stop the med but thought this screen grab was interesting.
