Foam or liquid minoxidil

I am going through perimenopause and am currently using the estrogen patch. I am experiencing some hair thinning. I recently had a blood panel done, and everything looked ok; no underlying issues. I have made an appointment with a dermatologist, but it is a long way out. My regular doctor told me I might want to start on the OTC. I am unsure whether to use the liquid or the foam. What is the difference? I have seen the thing about how it's toxic to pets, and you should wear a silk bonnet.

Need a real estate appraiser

I am going through a divorce, and it's amicable, but the value of the house (I'm buying her out) is all over the map between the county and the comps from a realtor.

Any good independent appraisers you've used?

Door getting stuck

I have a door that sticks at the top. I did the usual thing of taking the pin out, sticking a shim in it and bending the hinge but it's still sticking.

Doing it on the bottom one didn't help at all. As you can see from the picture, it's sticking in opposite corners. Advice?

I did Google and YouTube some things first when the normal thing didn't work.

Hardship programs for CC

I am going through a divorce and am trying to get my debt-to-income ratio down so I can buy her out of the house. It's borderline right now. Is this a time when I should contact 2 credit cards of which have APRs of 19 and 23 and balances of 8k each. The current payments are 200 each. Even dropping that down a little will help me.

Thoughts?

A whole series about a law firm?

I started writing a book about an age gap wlw partner/staff relationship that actually happened at work. It's a little spicy, but it worked out in the end and they have a HEA. It's actually a really nice story, which is why I decided to borrow key aspects and write it down. Anyway, a friend told me I should write a whole series. I know there are series for a lot of professions, like medical and 1st responders, but would you read about a law firm and what happens there?

There are so many stories of all types, sweet, super duper spicy, partners and staff, 2 married partners (w) cheating on their male spouses, associates and partners, even the female head of HR with associates. HEA, disastrous endings, just spicy sex everywhere, which go into more erotica obviously)And that's just the things involving women. There's more. That doesn't even touch all the male things (like who the hell broke a stall from pulling it down?") And why is that guy in the last cube on grindr in a negligee with his whole face? Is his wife ok with this? So many questions.

Anyway, I can see people liking a law firm aspect due to popular legal shows, but a whole series? We have 25 offices, who knows what's going on at some of the others.

Would you read a series about one profession?

Drainage solution providers

I have a yard drainage issue and need part of it graded and a French drain, dry well, or something to get rid of the lake we get when it rains hard. Recommendations?

Dimmer switch issue

My ceiling fan dimmer went out. I've only replaced one before and it was not like this. It just had the posts, not wire coming out of the switch itself. I took the fan switch out to see what was going on with it and it's the same way.

Can I just undo to wire nuts and connect them to the posts?

How long to keep spayed cat in isolation

My neighbor caught a feral we've been trying to catch for almost 3 years. She finally did it using a dog crate instead of trying a trap.

She got fixed yesterday and she is in my storage room.

The paperwork the neighbor got said to keep her locked up 2 weeks. When I got some cats fixed somewhere else, they said preferably 48 hours unless they are losing it.

This cat is pissed. She's moved the crate and it looks like it's bending. She's only 9 pounds!

The neighbor is going out of town for 3 weeks and I'm thinking of letting her loose later today. The other neighbors on the street all know this is happening and I don't need them getting pissed at me for letting her out.

However, aside from being mad, she seems ok. I don't want her to pull a stitch.

Can I let her loose later?

When can you sell on marketplace?

I have some tickets for Thursday in Savannah. I still can't put them on marketplace. I've tried on mobile and web.

I REALLY need to unload these and I could have done it on StubHub, but I hate those people. It's less than a week away.

Like wtf. All the comments on here keep saying a week out. It's less than a week.

I was helping my daughter move out of her dorm earlier and we broke a linoleum tile. Someone was telling me at their daughter's off campus dorm, they wanted to replace ALL the flooring. I am hoping on campus is not like that. I will pay them $100 to not have to drive up there to fix it, but if they want to charge some stupid amount for a $3 tile and 10 minutes of work, I will.

I know how to repair the tile, but what I am really asking for is a shortcut.

Is there a way to glue it down and disguise it? It's just one of those tan tiles with flecks that you see everywhere.

I googled and didn't really see anything like that.

I have been getting a verification error all day. This is on a mac using Chrome. It works on Firefox fine. It also works on Windows, but it's an Enterprise license. I have cleared the cache, cookies, rebooted. It still won't work. I don't want to use Firefox. Any ideas?
