Lets say that if you were doing an OH solve, and the cube comes in with a corner twist, and you have it on camera that the cube came in with a corner twist, but corner twists are super annoying to do OH, could you ask a delegate for an extra if you didnt cause the corner twist but it just came like it if you showed them video evidence and that it came like that, would they be able to grant you an extra?
So like at a competition, when your cube pops, the judge is not allowed to touch the piece that popped, so if the judge does the competitor's solve gets disqualified but why if its not the competitor's fault that the judge touched it even if they say not to touch it which they are allowed to and the judge is just trying to grab the piece and give it back to the competitor for them to put it back in, but why is it a DNF and not an extra if the competitor couldnt control it and even told the judge not to touch it?
