Where and when exactly is this display diarama from, and how hard is it to find ?

I recently picked up another opened shadow convoy but it is missing the exclusive neon barrel pieces. Would anyone know of a good alternative or happen to have spare barrel pieces they would sell?

These are most of if not all of the figures I could find.

What do you guys think of my collection?

This set has eluded me since I started collecting back in August, and I have yet to find one let alone an offer. If anyone is selling this set, please dm me or comment on this post.
