My tiny urban bonchi lab.

Specsheet:

Running a hydroponic setup (Nutriculture gt205, somewhat modified and the leftmost plants are intentionally as DWC) with viparspectra P1000 lights. Using Aptus all-in-one blend, started this generation also by culturing the root zones with beneficial bacteria (Voodoo Juice). Managed to goof with lighting once again (had it around 300 ppfd for too long, now adjusted to 500-650ppfd depending on zone.

Currently growing my own crosses, mostly for taste and aesthetic reasons (Scotch bonnet × Aji Limon). The two plants on left corners are a pure Bonnet and a Limon. Planta are looking a bit rough right now due to some bending mishaps and my crop steering strategy. Essentially working based on esoteric schematcis left on a whiteboard at the local hydroshop by some "university plant guy" about how to crop steer with selective plucking of leaves instead of topping etc.

Have tried provoking height by plucking lowest leaves and promoting forking by thinning out the number of the top leaves in some plants. It seems to have some application, but I'll have to check back in a week or so. (Before and after this round of plucking and mishaps today).

Mahjong hell, resident me

Ah yes, just when I managed to buckle up and claw myself back to some positive rank scores, I am deleted from the game with a thirteen orphan Yakuman when I am in tenpai.

The old guard has been bonchified. In with the new.

Hastily potted my previous gen of chilis (two bonnets, one c. chinense and a picante (not pictured)) so I could inoculate my new gen and crosses before my tank temps get challenging.

As I am currently mainly pursuing my crosses, if the previously hydroponic chaps survive the summer outside, it's all just gravy.
