Every week scheduled 31 hours but keyed in as full time?

Every week I get scheduled for around 31 hours or less unless I talk to a coach to fix it. Why is this? I’m keyed in as full time and every week I have to go in and have it changed. I have open availability so I don’t see why it’s doing this
