Hello all , I recently started earning through my business and want to invest in gold ( have done MFs and stocks already).

I came across gold bars of Augmont , MMTC and few other jewellers like PNG and Malabar Gold.

I also came across MCX Gold Vault by Dhan in which , we buy futures with intention of physical delivery in DEMAT form and giving physical delivery when needed.

After talking with few of my knowledgeable elders , they recommended me to buy Swiss gold (PAMP bars) from Dubai or get MMTC PAMP bars in India.

My doubt is that the premium on MMTC PAMP bars vs rest of bars of Augmont/RSBL or even jewellers like Malabar etc is way higher.

I understand that purity is 24k 999+ but why is the premium so high on MMTC PAMP?

I am planning to SIP in Gold Vault by MCX can anybody guide the pros and cons of it ? Especially the cons of it.
