Has anyone on here recently built a detached garage on their property? I’m looking to pour a slab and put a 3-5 car garage steel building on it.
I know I’ll need a permit(s) but is there anything else I need to be aware of?
Really looking to do majority of it myself aside from the concrete slab.

Figured I’d make a post for our special day and see how early people were thinking of showing up. If anyone knows more about the venue (Spectrum Center) that could give us a heads up before getting there.

Anyone else notice these faint but large scratches going down their slabs? They got the length of the slab for the most part.
Multiple slabs I got from the gamestop powerpacks have this. Not the end of the world but kinda annoys me if I wanna keep long term. They almost look mechanical like some sort of part in their sort/packaging process did this.
