Title: 26M | ₹49K Salary | Need advice on portfolio

26M, Earning ₹49K/month. (New to Investing)

Current monthly allocation:

PPF: ₹5.5K

Gold ETF: ₹1.5K

Equity MF SIP: ₹13K

Expenses: ~₹25-29K

Emergency fund: ₹1.7L in FD

For my ₹13K equity SIP, I'm considering two options:

Option 1:

Parag Parikh Flexi Cap – 70%

UTI Nifty 50 Index – 30%

Option 2:

Parag Parikh Flexi Cap – 50%

Motilal Oswal Midcap – 30%

Bandhan Small Cap – 20%

Planning a 10% annual SIP step-up. Horizon is 5+ years, potentially longer.

Which allocation makes more sense for my age and overall portfolio? Should I keep it simple with 2 funds or add mid/small-cap exposure?

Looking for an unbiased review—feel free to suggest a completely different approach.

Thanks!
