What is happening with the construction projects in Thunder Bay this year? Are the planning departments at the City and MTO not communicating with one another? Where is the signage? No detour routes posted? How can turning off the highway on to John AND Oliver be closed? Backed up traffic everywhere at different times a day including 8 pm on a Tuesday. Shame on the people who planned (or lack there of) this.
