TD Talk

I have seen a post on this subreddit sharing that TD Talk is free, and i have since downloaded it.

It is very helpful as it is faster and i don't have to navigate to folders to find certain words. I can just type it in instead of having to navigate to different folders each time, and i am so grateful. But i am so mad that i went STRAIGHT to symbol based AAC instead of at least trying out an app that is text based like TD Talk is because it's free and perfectly fits me and my needs as an AAC user.

But i don't see anyone else online talk about TD Talk, i don't even see people who say they have TD Talk as their AAC app or one of their AAC apps that they use. So i don't know if it is popular or not, i also want to see if anyone else has this app. I feel lonely in that i am the only person who uses this app, apparently.

Just a clusterfuck of a post really for my first ever post on here. I hope that you can understand this somewhat, but feel free to ask for clarification if not!

Parents Can Be So Annoying Sometimes, Just COMMUNICATE For The Love Of God!

Sometimes parents are so annoying, like they don't want to directly communicate with me sometimes!

My dad gave me some time for me to use the phone, then when i asked him for more (which he told me that he would give) he changed his mind and told me that i need to take a break from technology. I was irritated at him, and we had a small argument where i almost neared a meltdown. But over little time, i calmed down, and did have a small break in which i did a chore that i was supposed to do.

My problem isn't with the fact that i need to take breaks from technology, and most importantly from social media, the problem is that he was being confusing with how he communicates sometimes, like this instance for example. I just wished that they would let me know what they're ACTUALLY saying, instead of just straight up lying to me for peace that shatters the moment they reveal that they have lied or just not said their real feelings or whatever.

I don't understand why the fuck is it so hard for neurotypicals (NDs i can perfectly understand) to communicate directly and, most importantly to not lie just to keep someone in a happy mood and to not have an argument? Like lying and then revealing that you've lied does cause an argument, an arguably worse one than if you just said no straight up instead of just lying then saying no after everything is done?

Sometimes i hate my parents for this.

Sorry, i don't really "HATE hate" my parents but i mean they are just so annoying, and i am oftentimes just so annoyed with them for being like this. They help me, but like everyone alive, we all have our mistakes and issues.

But their issues are just so damn annoying to me, as someone who loves direct communication.

Combined Type ADHD "In Combination With" ASD Diagnosis

If it says what i wrote as the title, does it mean that i have comorbid ADHD? And what does having comorbid ADHD with ASD even "look like"?

I have been diagnosed with both since i was a child, and even now i think i misunderstand what people are talking about or meaning when they say stuff about having either comorbid ADHD or comorbid ASD.

I might be using comorbid the wrong way, and that there is this secret third option that i am not aware of.
